This recently redeveloped two-level warehouse home stands as one of the area's most accomplished adaptive reuse projects. Now known as The Cake Factory in homage to its origins as a bakery more than 140 years ago, the building has lived many lives, remembered locally for biscuit and cake manufacturing before later evolving into an artist studio and creative workshop.
The reimagined structure was designed and built with exceptional restraint and intelligence, preserving its industrial soul while introducing a refined, high-spec residential transformation of five seperate dwellings.
